NYC chill-jazz collective featuring composer / producer Rob Kahn and composer / keyboardist Alan Palanker.

Rob (AKA RK) spent several decades writing and producing music for TV.  Post-COVID, he built a studio in rural Dutchess County where the more relaxed pace gives him the freedom to pursue more personal musical interests.  His latest project Lounge Men combines his interests in jazz, chill, and ambient music.

Alan’s musical journey has led him to collaborate with a stunning array of iconic artists. From the dazzling notes of Deodato to the vibrant rhythms of Lenny White and the smooth melodies of Bob James, Alan has carved out a remarkable place in the music world. His impressive roster of collaborators includes legends like Ariana Grande, Nathan East, Diana Ross, Angela Bofill, Donna Summer, and Vanessa Williams, alongside talents such as Aaron Neville, and Natalie Cole.
